This chapter gives an overview of the TJ1600-2. It also details the physical dimension details, slot allotment and an overview of the common cards namely, Fan tray unit, power supply unit, and OAM card used in TJ1600-2 chassis.
TJ1600-2 is a 2 RU chasis with 19" sub-rack width. It supports 2 tributary card slots, 2 power supply slots to support power supply redundancy, 1 fan tray unit slots and one slot to support OAM and controller card.
