Add External Directory

Click to redirect to the Add ‘External Directory’ window.

Follow the below steps to add.

• Select Directory Type using the dropdown menu.
• Provide a unique name for the directory.
• Mention Primary and Secondary Domain Controller details.
• Based on the selection of server, Port number, Base DN, Filter and Domain details for the selected directory is auto populated.
• Provide Username and Password in the respective fields.

Click Verify to verify the provided username and password.

• Select Recurrence schedule (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/every (selected day) and select time (hours and minutes) accordingly.

  

Click Save to save the Directory.
