Summary Status

This widget displays the count of Incidents (available TJ5100-Sis integrated with Service Manager).

• Title –Type the desired title to be displayed on top of the widget (Label the widget).
• Sub Title–Type the desired sub title to be displayed on the panel.
• Data Text Style – Click to edit the font (style and size) of text to be displayed on the panel.
• Timescale – Select the desired timescale from the dropdown menu, for which the data will be summarized and the status will be displayed.
• Select State, Status, Priority, Incident Severity, Service Category and Impact Service using the dropdown menu.
