If the Master system is required for some maintenance purpose, then the user has the facility to switch the Slave to the Master. Perform the following steps for manual switching from slave to master server:
Go to Administration and click Manage Servers option. Manage Servers page is displayed. The server IPs of both the master and slave is displayed.
The user must select the Slave system IP and click Force Main. This operation will switch the current Slave to Master.
The client application has to be launched again to access TJ5500.
TJ5500 will not allow the user to perform the forced switch operation on the Master.
