Widgets are added on to the Dashboard, to enable the user to view critical and complex information ‘at a glance’. Though the widgets have a pre-configured purpose, they can be customized by selecting a specific timeframe, colour scheme and by adding additional filters.
There are multiple types of widgets on TJ5100-S portal. These widgets are grouped into Links, Site, Views and Metrics based on the information displayed. The steps to add a widget is common for almost all the widgets. However, based on the type or information displayed, few fields may differ.
The filters are visible based on selected preferences in Settings Page Preference
There are different types of filters available on TJ5100-S, which can be applied on a widget to filter the data, displayed in the Dashboard.
Device Group: Filters and displays data based on selected device group.
Node Tag: Filters and displays the data based on selected Node Tag.
Host Name: Filters and displays data based on the given Host name.
IP Address: Filters and displays data based on the IP Address of the device that has to be monitored.
Interface IP Address: Filters and displays data based on the IP Address of the link that has to be monitored.
State: Filters and displays data based on the given state (Country)
City: Filters and displays data based on the given city.
Location: Filters and displays data based on the given location.
Vendor: Filters and displays data based on the given vendor name
Device Type: Filters and displays the data based on the given device type.
Resource Type: Filters and displays the data based on the given resource type.
Resource Profile: Filters and displays the data based on the monitoring profile.
Resource Tag: Filters and displays the data based on configured Resource Tag.
Customizable Filter: User can customize and add the filter based on his requirement.
NOTE: Additional filters may be added in the future versions.
