Before you start using the TJ5500 desktop client, see the TJ5500 Installation and Commissioning Guide for this release, to ensure that you have setup the TJ5500 desktop client properly to access the TJ5500 user interface.
Start the Webswing client application before you launch the TJ5500 desktop client.
It is recommended that you configure the startup configuration of the client machine to start the Webswing service at startup. See the client machine operating system documentation for the procedure to modify the services starting at startup.
