Service reports

Service Reports option helps you to generate a report of both complete and incomplete services.

Perform the following steps to generate a report of complete services:

1. Go to Reports > Service Reports menu and click Complete Services Report option. Complete Services page is displayed.
2. Select (Reports) to generate a report in any format available in Export to drop down menu. For more information, refer to Summary report of services.

Perform the following steps to generate a report of incomplete services on NMS:

1. Go to Reports > Service Reports menu and click Incomplete Services Report option. Incomplete Services page is displayed.
2. Select (Reports) to generate a report in any format available in Export to drop down menu. For more information, refer to Summary report of services.
