Adding System Notes

The System Notes link allows you to view, add, and delete notes in the node. Using this option, you can save and view the information typed in the box.

Perform the steps given below to view/add/delete a system note.

1. Click Maintenance > System Notes in the navigation pane. The System Notes preview pane is displayed. Any previously saved note can be viewed in the box on this pane.

   

2. Determine your next step.

• To add a note, type the text in the box provided and click Save. 'Data Saved Successfully' message is displayed.

  View System Notes button will direct you to System Notes preview pane showing the saved text.

• To reload the content of the file saved on the node, click Refresh.
• To clear any saved or entered data in the box provided, click Clear and then Save. All content in the box is deleted.
