Collecting Debug Data

The System diagnostics link provides option to collect the debug data for the selected card. On Collect Debug Data preview pane, you can:

NOTE: When two or more users try to collect data at the same time, only one of them will get the data and the other user will receive a failure message.

Perform the steps given below to collect the debug data.

  1. Click Maintenance > Diagnostics > System diagnostics in the navigation pane. The Collect Debug Data preview pane is displayed.

  2. Select the Card Name from the list for which you want to collect the data.
  3. Click Collect Data. 'Operation Successful' message is displayed. Debug Data is present in the database.
  4. Click Download Debug Data link to view or save the collected data.

Cleaning Up Debug Data Collected

Perform the steps given below to clean up the debug data already present in the database.

  1. Click Maintenance > Diagnostics > System Diagnostics in the navigation pane. The Collect Debug Data preview pane is displayed.

  2. Click Clean Up Data. The stored data is cleared.

    NOTE: The Clean UP Data button appears after collect debug data procedure is executed.
