Network design

This section describes of how to do network design. Following are the steps to do network design:

1. To do network design, click on Planning menu to view the list of drop-down options and then click on Network Design and a List of Active Network Designs appear. Click on Network Design for RWA, a new form appears.

   

2. Following are the form parameters:
   • Assign name to the task: Provide name for the task.
   • Select the RWA Result: Select the RWA results from drop-down menu.
3. Click on Submit, once we click on Submit button form is redirected to the page showing dashboard.
4. Click on Dashboard button, this redirects to the Home page.
5. Task will be created under Recent tasks column in Home page.
6. Once the network design task is completed (100 percent.) Click on Completed task and list of all scheduled task appears as shown in Figure. Results can be seen only after completion of the task.

List of network design results

This section describes table showing list of Active Network Designs. A table is displayed as shown in below figure. Following are the columns:

1. Sl No: Serial number is used to enumerate the list of network design.
2. Network Name: Displays the name of the network.
3. Task Name: Displays the task name.
4. Configuration: Displays the configuration of the network.
5. Design Type: Displays the design type of the network.
6. Network Cost: Displays the total cost to build a network.

   NOTE: List price may vary from the APT price. Please check against the latest list price. Only list price is considered while calculating total cost.

7. Actions:
   • View: Click on View to view the network design for RWA result.
   • Download: Click on Download to download network design for RWA result in excel sheet.
