This section describes viewing, creating, and deleting ProtectionPair groups. After creating protection pair for VCG ports, go to L2 Services > ServiceSwitch-(slot number) > Port Configuration and check the status of both VCG ports (work and protect). Operation Status of both the VCG ports should be Up provided that the cross-connect should be created and its status should also be Up.
