Viewing Performance Parameters of Transceiver

This section covers the performance parameters for transceivers supported on Optical STM-1/4/16/64 interfaces.

Perform the steps given below to view performance parameters of the transceiver.

Click Performance in the navigation pane.
Do one of the following:
- To view performance statistics on current interval, click Current interval > STM in the navigation pane. STM-Current interval statistics preview pane is displayed.
- To view performance statistics for 15 minutes interval, click 15min intervals > STM in the navigation pane. STM-Interval statistics preview pane is displayed.
- To view performance statistics for previous day, click Previous day > STM in the navigation pane. STM-Previous day's history preview pane is displayed.
Click on Transceiver link for the desired STM port to view performance parameters of that transceiver. The performance statistics of the Transceiver is displayed.

Transceiver Performance counters

Parameter	Description
Received Power (dBm)	Displays the value of power received by the transceiver.
Transmit Power (dBm)	Displays the value of power transmitted by the transceiver.
Laser Bias (mA)	Displays the laser bias value as received from the device.
Laser Voltage (Volts)	Displays the laser voltage as received from the device.
Laser Temperature (degrees C)	Displays the laser temperature as received from the device.
Interval Valid	Indicates the validity of the interval. 1 indicates the data displayed during that interval is valid, while 0 indicates the data is not valid.
Timestamp	Displays the time at which the recorded event occurred.
