Before setting up notifiers, it is important to configure the Email Server. From the left menu panel, click -> Email Server Configuration.
Follow the below steps to configure email server.
Primary Mail Server:
Provide below details to configure primary mail server:
SMTP Server - tejmail.india.tejasnetworks.com
Email From - <username>@india.tejasnetworks.com
Login Name - <username>@india.tejasnetworks.com
Password - <Email password>
SMTP Authentication - enable
Port - 587
Connection Type - TLS
Click Test and popup window appear, enter email id and verify that you will receive test mail from the configured mail id or not.
Alternative Email Server:
Provide the IP address or the domain name of the alternative SMTP server that TJ5100-S can use to send the email. This will be used only when the primary server fails.
Provide email address of the sender that is acceptable to the alternative SMTP server.
Provide supporting login name and Password for the SMTP server. (This field is optional, if the SMTP server does not require any authentication).
Check/uncheck the SMTP Authentication box, as per the requirement. Use the option and provide email address to send Test email.
Default values are auto populated for the port and Connection type fields.
