Setting TCA Profiles

The TCA Settings are not editable (by default). To edit them, enable the Threshold for TCA first. Refer to Enabling Threshold Crossing Alert (TCA) Settings.

Perform the steps given below to set TCA profiles for 15-minute or 1-day duration.

1. Click Configuration > Facilities > STM in the navigation pane. The STM Port interface configuration preview pane is displayed.
2. Click on the desired STMn port link. The Provision interface - STMn-1-<slot no>-<port no> preview pane is displayed.
3. Do one of the following:
   • To set TCA for 15-min duration, click on TCA Settings for 15-min duration link. The TCA Settings for 15-minute duration preview pane is displayed.
   • To set TCA for 1-day duration, click on TCA Settings for 1-day duration link. The TCA Settings for 1-Day duration preview pane is displayed.
4. Enter the threshold values in the respective text fields. For more information, refer to the TCA Setting parameters table given below.
5. Click Submit. The confirmation message is displayed.
6. Click Accept Valid Modifications. A "Successfully Modified" message is displayed under the Warnings field.

   A click on Back link will direct you to the TCA Settings preview pane.
