Editing AU4/AU3 Performance Monitoring Parameters

To edit the Performance monitoring thresholds, set the corresponding Threshold (for 15-min and 1-Day) enabled in the Provision Interface - STM-n port preview pane.

Perform the steps given below to edit AU4/AU3.

Click Configuration > Facilities > STM in the navigation pane. The STM Port interface configuration preview pane is displayed.
Click the desired AU4 or AU3 link. The corresponding Provision preview pane is displayed.
Do one of the following:
- To view TCA settings for 15-min duration, click on TCA Settings for 15-min duration link.
- To view TCA settings for 1-day duration, click on TCA Settings for 1-day duration link.
The corresponding TCA Settings preview pane is displayed.

You can configure the following performance monitoring parameters:

Errored Seconds
Severely Errored Seconds
Background Block Errors

Performance monitoring parameters of AU4/AU3

Threshold ES	180	17280	Threshold for Errored Seconds. Acceptable values are 0 to 900 for 15 min duration and 0 to 86400 for 1 day duration.
Threshold SES	15	1440	Threshold for Errored Seconds. Acceptable values are 0 to 900 for 15 min duration and 0 to 86400 for 1 day duration.
Threshold BBE/CV	1100	105600	Threshold for Errored Seconds. Acceptable values are 0 to 65535 for 15 min duration and 0 to 6291360 for 1 day duration.
