Perform the following steps to deactivate/disable the selected ONT(s):
Go to Configuration > Access menu and click Manage ONTs option. Manage ONTs page is displayed.
Select the desired ONT and click (Configurations) and select the option as Deactivate/Disable ONT from the drop down. A confirmation window is displayed as shown in the following figure:
Click OK. The ONT is deactivated/disabled and the physical status is shown as Deactivated.
