HCPSLine28

HCPSLine28 is a single slot aggregate card providing four 100GE/OTU4 optical ports. This card can be configured as transponder (at 100G) card which is compatible with the OAMC card. The 100G ports support Coherent DWDM CFP and client CFPs in 2 ports.

HCPSLine28 card supports CFPs on ports P1 and P4 and QSFP28 on ports P2 and P3.

The mode(s) supported with HCPXCC03, HCPXCC04, OSMC01 and OAMC include:

NONE: No configurations on card.
1x100G Transponder OTU4 NP: Port P1 supports OTU4 and port P4 supports OTU4/100GE.
2X100G Transponder 100GE NP: Ports P1 and P4 supports OTU4 and ports P2 and P3 supports OTU4/100GE.

Visual indicator details

The visual indicators on the HCPSLine28 card include two LEDs, the Active and the Status LEDs.

Functional description

HCPSLine28 card supports the following functional features:

Processes the received OTU4/100GE frame for all alarm and performance monitoring signal.
Status and Active LEDs are provided to indicate the power on and working status of the card. Two LEDs for each optical port is used for transmitter (Tx) and receiver (Rx) laser status.
Supports live insertion and hot-swap capability.
