HCPSLine20

HCPSLine20 aggregate card is a port based circuit pack providing 32 SFP ports supporting various data rates. It supports a maximum of 100G aggregate traffic, when working with HCPXCC04 in TJ1600 Type-11SR chassis.

The mode supported with HCPXCC04 include:

SDH ONLY: All ports in user configurable mode and can be configured in STM1/4/16/64 are as follows:
- 4xSTM-64/STM-16/STM-4/STM-1 + 28xSTM-16/STM-4/STM-1 or
- 6xSTM-64/STM-16/STM-4/STM-1 + 26xSTM-16/STM-4/STM-1

Visual Indicator Details

The visual indicators on the HCPSLine20 card include two LEDs, the ACTIVE and the STATUS LEDs.

NOTE: There is no separate Rx LED and Tx LEDs for SFP ports, same LED will indicate both Tx and Rx with time interval of 5 seconds. Additional LEDs marked as Tx or Rx on faceplate will indicate whether they are displayed for Tx or Rx.

LASER Types

The LASER types supported are as follows:

STM-16: S-16.1, L-16.1, and L-16.2.
STM-4: S-4.1, S-4.2, L-4.2, and L-4.1.
STM-1: S-1.1, L-1.1, and L-1.2.
Multi rate SFP up to 2.5Gbps line rate.

Functional Description

HCPSLine20 card processes framing or mapping of SDH ports up to 2.5Gbps. HCPSLine20 card supports the following functional features:

Laser On/Off control for safety requirements.
Laser optical power and temperature monitoring.
Supports Live insertion and hot swap capability.
