Monitor alarms

User can enable or disable alarm monitoring on TJ5100 from Network View (Nodes) tab on Topology View window.

To turn 'off' the alarm monitoring, click (Turn Off/On Alarm Monitoring); to revert and turn 'on' the alarm monitoring again, click (Turn On/Off Alarm Monitoring).
